A few weeks ago, I posted my design plans for a multi use space and today I’m back with an update! Julie has been busy pulling the room together and over the weekend, she send me some updated progress photos. I can’t tell you how excited I am to see it all coming together! The walls are painted, the majority of the furniture pieces have arrived, and the Hygge and West wallpaper has been installed! Julie told me she finds herself going into the room just to look at it, which, I must say, is music to my ears!
As a reminder, here’s a look at the design plans we started with:
Julie snapped me this picture of the installed paper and I nearly squealed! I’m loving how it’s turning this little dormer space into something really special!
She’s still waiting for her desk chair to arrive, but in the meantime, she pulled the rest of the nook pieces into the space, and as soon as the wallpaper is fully cured, the artwork will be going up!
We’re still waiting on the sofa to arrive, but I’m loving the way the new paint, rug, and window treatments are working together!
Not to mention how perfectly the new media console fits in the space between the entry and closet doors!
We’re officially in the homestretch of this multi use space makeover and I couldn’t be happier! Julie and her family are already loving their new space, and as soon as the last few elements arrive, they’ll be able to enjoy it to the fullest! I can’t wait to see the completed space and, as always, I’ll keep you posted!
